We collect this data when you become our customer, dealer, or business contact, when you transact with us, when you contact us, or when you opt in to receive communications from us.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your personal data for the following purposes:
- To provide our products and services and to manage our business relationship and accounts with you.
- To send you transactional and service communications via WhatsApp, SMS, and email, such as account statements, payment reminders, balance alerts, order and dispatch updates, and other notices relating to your account or transactions with us.

- To maintain accurate financial, tax, and statutory records and to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
- To protect our rights, prevent fraud, and ensure the security of our operations.
4. Communications via WhatsApp, SMS, and Email
We send transactional and account-related messages to the mobile number and email address you have provided to us. Where you have provided your mobile number and consented to receive WhatsApp communications, we deliver messages to you using the WhatsApp Business Platformprovided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (“Meta”).
When messages are delivered through WhatsApp, the delivery of those messages is also subject to Meta’s and WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policies, and your use of WhatsApp is governed by your agreement with WhatsApp/Meta. We encourage you to review the WhatsApp Privacy Policy to understand how Meta processes data in connection with the WhatsApp service. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of Meta/WhatsApp, which operate as independent parties in providing the messaging platform.
5. Legal Basis and Consent
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent and/or for the performance of our contract and business relationship with you, to comply with legal obligations, and for our legitimate business interests such as account administration and fraud prevention. Where we rely on consent — for example, to send you communications over WhatsApp or SMS — you may withdraw that consent at any time (see “Your Rights” below). Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
6. How We Share Your Data
We do not sell your personal data. We may share your personal data with:
- Communication and messaging providers: Meta Platforms, Inc. (WhatsApp Business Platform) and SMS/email service providers, to deliver our messages to you.
- Technology and hosting providers: cloud infrastructure and hosting providers (such as Amazon Web Services and similar reputable providers) that host our systems and process data on our behalf.
- Professional advisers and service providers: accountants, auditors, payment processors, and IT service providers who assist us in running our business.
- Authorities and legal recipients: government, regulatory, or law-enforcement authorities where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
We require our service providers to process personal data only on our instructions and to maintain appropriate confidentiality and security safeguards. Some of these providers may process data on servers located outside India; where this occurs, we take steps to ensure such transfers are carried out in accordance with applicable law.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including to maintain our business and account records, to provide ongoing communications you have consented to, and to comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements. How to stop WhatsApp / SMS / email messages
You can stop receiving WhatsApp messages from us at any time by replying “STOP” to our WhatsApp message, by blocking our number within WhatsApp, or by emailing us at info@iraviagrolife.comwith your request. To opt out of SMS or email communications, or to exercise any of your other rights, please contact us using the details in the “Contact Us” section below. Please note that we may still send you essential transactional or legally required notices relating to your account.
10. Children’s Data
Our products, services, and communications are intended for businesses and adults. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons.
