Where you have provided your mobile number and consented to receive WhatsApp communications, we deliver messages to you using the WhatsApp Business Platformprovided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (“Meta”).

When messages are delivered through WhatsApp, the delivery of those messages is also subject to Meta’s and WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policies, and your use of WhatsApp is governed by your agreement with WhatsApp/Meta. Please note that we may still send you essential transactional or legally required notices relating to your account.

10. Children’s Data
